Western Mountains Alliance works with partners in Franklin County to host three to five annual legislative caucuses focused on issues impacting the region. The caucuses typically use an expert panel format and are attended by 75 - 100 people, primarily from Franklin County, and including area legislators.

Mainers didn't hear much about tax reform in the last legislative session but a comprehensive tax reform bill is likely to resurface in 2008. Join us on May 16th for a free breakfast and a preview with Rep. John Piotti, Chair of the Joint Standing Committee on Taxation, Sen. Peter Mills, R-Cornville and Dana Connors, President of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce (invited).
Breakfast is FREE. Registration is not required.
